Talent cultivation and development have always been a priority at Asia University. In response to the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) trends, and the growing importance global businesses place on social responsibility, Asia University continues to actively participate in the "TALENT, in Taiwan, Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance."

We are committed to fostering sustainable talent and maintaining competitiveness in a rapidly changing industry landscape through the following actions:

• Actively engaging in relevant courses, workshops, sharing sessions, student clubs, and local initiatives organized by both our university and partner institutions.
• Leveraging our university’s resources, including books, audiovisual materials, online platforms, and cross-campus exchanges, to nurture diverse abilities and forward-looking perspectives.
• Focusing on sustainability issues within our community and region, while contributing to creating a diverse, fair, and inclusive living environment.

Moving forward, we will continue to advocate for talent cultivation alongside 《天下學習》(Tianxia Learning), 《Cheers快樂工作人》(Cheers Happy Worker), and over 200 alliance partners. Together, we will co-create a hopeful future for talent development, ensuring a brighter future for every individual.
